Programme Timeline

The programme is designed for research teams and tech-to-business transformation teams from Indonesian universities and research institutions who are ready to take the next step toward commercialisation.

Phase 1: Application & Selection
27 April - 22 May, 2026

The programme is designed for research teams and tech-to-business transformation teams from Indonesian universities and research institutions who are ready to take the next step toward commercialisation.

Phase 2: Capacity Building
June - August, 2026

Participants strengthen their commercial and investment readiness through workshops on IP, business models, and pitching, combined with a founders-first group and 1-on-1 mentoring. Engagement with investors and industry partners begins through curated business matching.

Phase 3: Market Validation
August - December, 2026

Participants validate their solutions in real-world settings by engaging with users and stakeholders. Insights from this phase help refine the product, while pilot monitoring ensures progress toward commercialisation.

Phase 4: Showcase Day
December, 2026

The programme concludes with a showcase where selected teams present their ventures to investors and industry. This includes Demo Day-style pitching and a forum with policymakers and universities to strengthen the spin-out ecosystem.
